A Little About Me

I was born and raised in Scotland but have lived on several continents, traveling to many countries for work. I am a British-trained Nurse and Midwife, a Newborn Baby Specialist Nurse, a Licensed Childbirth Educator, and have experience with premature and full-term newborn babies. With over 30 years of experience in the Maternal/Child Healthcare field, I truly love what I do.

During my career, I have delivered 129 babies while working solely as a Midwife in Scotland. I then spent many years working in labor/delivery units in hospitals, as well as consulting and teaching classes in Childbirth Preparation (LaMaze Classes), Breastfeeding, Care of the Newborn Baby, among others, for several doctors' groups in New York and hospitals in VA.

NEWBORN NIGHT NURSE

Exceptional overnight care is provided for singletons and twins.

Feed Support: Breast & Bottle

Exceptional overnight care, advice, and routine support are provided, including guidance on GERD/reflux.

CONSULTING

I offer help with building confidence, sleep training, emotional support, and creating routines.

TRAVEL

I provide support for trips and special occasions.
